Training booking terms and conditions

PURCHASE ORDERS REQUIRED TO REGISTER

Please be aware that we cannot accept registrations without a purchase order number. Purchase orders will be required to be sent through by email training@synergetic.net.au or by fax +61 3 9803 8844 within five (5) working days from registration. If a purchase order is not received in this time frame, Synergetic reserves the right to cancel your booking.

SYNERGETIC CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be aware that cancellation fees will apply if you cancel after you book your course as outlined below. The following cancellation fees apply for all Synergetic classroom/lab training and Roadshow courses.

1. Registrations cancelled more than five (5) working days prior to the commencement of the course will incur the following 10% administration fee:
½ Day Course – $28
Full Day Course – $44
Additional Attendee Half Day – $26
Additional Attendee Full Day – $40

2. Registrations cancelled less than five (5) working days but more than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the course will incur the following 30% administration fee:
½ Day Course – $84
Full Day Course – $132
Additional Attendee Half Day – $78
Additional Attendee Full Day – $120

3. Registrations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the course will incur the following 50% administration fee:
½ Day Course – $142
Full Day Course – $220
Additional Attendee Half Day – $130
Additional Attendee Full Day – $200

4. Attendees that do not show up for a course and do not provide a valid reason will be charged the full course fee 100%.
½ Day Course – $285
Full Day Course – $440
Additional Attendee Half Day – $260
Additional Attendee Full Day – $400

Cancellation of a Course by Synergetic.
Synergetic reserves the right to cancel a course if there are less than four (4) registered attendees (non-Synergetic employees) at a course. You can check the number or registered attendees at http://www.synergetic.net.au/training
Course cancellations may also occur due to illness of both the allocated trainer and/or their alternate/back-up trainer. Under these circumstances, the above cancellation fees do not apply.

Please Note: If Synergetic cancels or reschedules a course, Synergetic will not be liable for any costs incurred due to these changes including any travel expenses.

We will endeavour to give as early advice as possible of any course changes.

Where volume discounts have been given, and a cancellation/s reduce the number of attendees to one (1) per school, then the remaining attendee will be charged the full price.
