The service is aimed at working with you in partnership, to leverage your success in the business of delivering excellence in education. The team is there to support you optimising the Synergetic product set, whilst being your advocate and taking responsibility for ensuring you have an optimal experience in all matters Synergetic. They have knowledge and influence in all of our professional services team and are there to match you according to need.

Meet our Account Management Leads

Phillippa Hall
Phillippa HallAccount Manager

Phillippa Hall brings a wealth of experience as an ‘expert’ Synergetic customer, in school-based roles prior to joining the company 10 years ago. She has a comprehensive, experiential understanding of schools and their business processes, and offers a wealth of knowledge and skill, built in our support and training departments. Phillippa was often key in a school’s Synergetic implementation, and also mentored and coached other Synergetic team members. She is renowned for caring touch and strong willingness to help.

Christine Prasad
Christine PrasadClient Engagement Lead

Christine Prasad leads the team as the Client Engagement Lead, coming from our training department and bringing extensive product understanding and skill, complemented by exceptional relationship skills steeped in a deep understanding of schools and their processes and needs. She is an experienced professional, highly skilled in IT, training and project management, as well as leadership in data research and education. Christine is dedicated to assisting and caring for our clients and epitomises clear and honest communication, sharing knowledge and learnings, and advocacy.

Roya Aryanpad
Roya AryanpadAccount Manager

Roya Aryanpad joins Account Management with an outstanding and diverse background in software engineering and IT consultancy in Australia and in the US, during which she successfully managed numerous complex IT and non-IT projects. While in the US, she also worked in the entertainment industry and picked up valuable skills in producing and directing award-winning films. With such a well-rounded skillset and accomplishments, she is able to effectively identify and respond to clients’ needs and expectations by applying effective problem-solving strategies, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to provide clients with exceptional service based on transparency and trust.
