Synergetic Office Closure - Melbourne Cup Holiday

Hi Synergetic Users,

Due to the Melbourne Cup public holiday in Melbourne, Synergetic and its Support Desk will be closed this Tuesday 1st November 2011.

We will re-open for business on Wednesday 2nd November per normal hours.

Please read below for more information regarding emergency assistance during these times.

If you have critical system issues that need attending to urgently during the Tuesday public holiday, you may contact the Synergetic emergency support service by calling our normal support line (+61 3 9803 8111) and then pressing '3' once you hear the recorded greeting.  This service will be monitored between the hours of 9am and 5pm AEDST (please note that charges may apply). The Synergetic emergency support service is not monitored outside of these times.
