Synergetic Support Survey 2011 - prizes on offer for participation

As part of our ongoing effort to maintain and improve our products, services and support for you as a user of Synergetic, we invite you to take part in our second Synergetic Support survey, seeking your thoughts and concerns on a number of topics relating to how Synergetic provides support for you and your site. 

The first survey ran in September 2010 and provided us with some valuable feedback and insights into your experiences with our products and services, and we have been incorporating this feedback into our efforts over the last 12 months (including increased effort on producting up to date documentation as quickly as possible following a version release).

 Participation Prizes

As a thank you to all who participate, we are offering three $200 prize vouchers, to be drawn at the conclusion of the survey, which can be redeemed by the winner for Synergetic products and services (excluding general support maintenance).  The prizes will be drawn randomly from the total group of participants - however we suggest taking part early so as not to forget and miss out on your chance to win.

We welcome and invite all registered users to take part no matter what level of Synergetic use you may have; we regard all feedback as vital in helping us to identify where we are doing well or how we can seek to improve your Synergetic experience.  Anyone who uses Synergetic at your site can become involved - all they need to do is complete the registration process on our website and they will then be able to take part.

The survey is available from the 08 Other menu link at the top right of this page; hover the mouse on that menu and you will see a list of available surveys pop up under the Survey section.  Click the 'Support Survey - September 2011' option to commence the survey.  Please ensure you step through all the questions as the results will not be recorded until you have gone through to the end (you'll see a confirmation screen informing you that the survey has been submitted).  The survey will generally take about 5 to 7 minutes to complete.

The survey will be open from today (Friday 9th September), and will run until close of business Monday 19th September.
