Synergetic Managers Attend Defence Force Exercise

On the weekend of 27th - 29th May, four managers from Synergetic attended a special interactive weekend organised by the Defence Reserves Support Council. This activity, called "Exercise Executive Stretch" is open to employers of Defence Force Reservists and is designed to highlight the varying skills and abilities the Defence Force instils in its personnel, which can be transferred and put to great use in the workplace.

Attendees stayed on base for the weekend at RAAF Williams in Laverton, and were involved in a variety of interactive exercises (some physical, some mental). As well as the interactive activities there were a number of demonstrations and presentations by Defence Force staff (both Reservist and full time) from all branches showing different equipment, skills and perspectives on their involvement with the Defence Force.

Synergetic is proud to have taken part in this Exercise, and fully appreciates and supports the Defence Force commitments of its staff. Currently we have one Army Reservist on our staff – James Overell.
