PDA Solutions (WA) is a consultancy based company specialising in the area of Information Management in business management systems within the Education sector – the key focus being the alignment of information management practices with strategic goals.

The Director of PDA Solutions (WA), Peter Alp, brings to an organisation skills based upon nearly 20 years of strategic, management and operational experience across Financial, Academic and Administrative areas of K-12 education, with significant experience in the auditing, selection, implementation and integration of ICT systems and alignment of management practices within these areas. This includes a significant recent focus on, but not limited to, the use of all aspects of the Synergetic product as an enterprise based software management system.

Knowledge Doc work with all types of organisations in Australia to identify and capture critical business knowledge and deliver it so that any piece of information can be quickly and easily accessed by the person who needs it, when they need it.

In 1997, Sue Woolley founded Monarch Computing Services to provide technical writing services to businesses. Neil Woolley joined the business in 2000, creating greater depth by adding his extensive project management, business analysis and writing experience. In 2008, the name was changed to KnowledgeDoc to better reflect the services that they offer.

In between, they have been working with many different types of organisations in Australia to assist them with their documentation and business writing needs.
