The staff and management at Synergetic congratulate Jo-Anne Routley on winning the “Employee of the Year” for 2012.

Jo-Anne commenced with Synergetic in July 2011 and very quickly became a very valuable member of the Support Team. Often first port of call for issues our clients may be having, particularly on the Finance/Accounting front, and a well-respected colleague for all of us. 

We would also like to congratulate Chamil Fernando on being the runner up for Employee of the Year for 2012. Chamil is the Team Leader within our Support Office Team and was also runner up for 2011.  Whilst he (obviously) would have liked to win, his humble comments were “I’m glad it was Jo-Anne who won.  She is a deserving winner”. Chamil has been with Synergetic since 2007 and recently stepped up into the role of Team Leader, highly respected by his team and colleagues and a great support for the Support Manager. 

Both Jo-Anne and Chamil were presented with Travel Vouchers from Flight Centre.

The new Government Healthy Worker portal is now up and running. The Government approached Synergetic to be a small to medium enterprise case study several months ago due to our involvement in the worker health checks and subsequent grants program last year.
